Whatcha Got Cookin'? Why lots of fun, of course!!!!

Here we are...knee deep in today's event...and here I am at my computer. Why, you ask? Because today has been so darned much fun that I had to steal away for a few moments to blog about it. These pictures were too great to wait!

A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to the Prairie Dog chapter of the Lone Star Dutch Oven Society for being our special guests today. They are both entertaining AND educating...and the smells wafting throughout the Village are truly indescribable (in a good way :) ).

Anyhoo...here are the photos (please click on the slideshow to control the speed or to view them larger):

Hi Rena!

Steve and I had such a great time cookin up pies, cornbread and Elk Stew with Green Chili! Everyone who came to see the the Dutch Oven demo alll said they had a fabulous time, despite the cold wind!! Several mentioned that the Star Telegram helped them find today's activities at the Log Cabin Village. Way to go!!

We enjoyed meeting you and appreciate all you and everyone at Log Cabin Village are doing for the City of Fort Worth!

We hope to see everyone at the next Prarie Dog Chapter Dutch Oven Gathering (DOG) and enoy more food, fun, and fellowship!
